PROJECT OVERVIEW

In my work with Pawsit, I was tasked with the challenge of establishing a comprehensive brand identity for a pet grooming and care company. The goal was to create a modern, yet approachable brand that would effectively connect with pet owners. This process involved careful consideration of visual aesthetics, tone, and messaging to ensure the brand conveyed trust and care.

DEVELOPMENT

The design for the brand commenced with the name "Pawsit," inspired by the concept of a safe haven where pets can be securely "deposited”. I aimed to create a logo that would function both as a logotype and as a symbol. To bring this vision to life, I incorporated the letter "W" as the nose of a dog. This design choice not only captures the brand but adds a playful essence to the brand.

CHALLENGES AND OUTCOME

The most challenging aspect of this project was creating a brand that would resonate with pet owners, despite not being one myself, while also designing a logo symbol that seamlessly integrated with the logotype. To address these challenges, I developed a brand identity for Pawsit, which included for logo applications, patterns, and designs for physical products. This ensured a consistent and cohesive brand that effectively conveyed the company.
