However silly it may sound, I initially becoming interested in graphic design in high school through messing around with pictures of me and my friends on Photoshop.
Since Photoshop was a graphic design tool, I eventually thought to myself why not try to learn graphic design. Following this, I spent all of my time outside of school and class watching YouTube tutorials trying to learn more about what graphic design really was.
This turned into a deeper interest for graphic design and I found myself designing things like t-shirt graphics in my off-time.
After a bit of commission work here and there I decided to get my own hands dirty and try starting up an apparel brand. It was at this point that I began to realize the extent and power of design.
From waiting for clothing samples to photographing each piece, I learned that design is about much more than just creating, it's about storytelling, experiences, and connecting.
Nowadays, I try and harness this spark of enjoyment and fun in everything that I design whether it be a t-shirt graphic or brand identity.
